First time in Farmington!

Our very own Oktober-Fest

We are brining new local signature event to our community. This year (October 20th, 2018) we will have first trial run. It will be closed event by invitations only. There will be live music, dinner, local wine and beer. We will have fun games and door prizes. First Fun Oktober-Fest in our Community to benefit Sexual Assault Services of Northwest New Mexico. Lots of fun. Amazing drawing prizes. Beer, wine, food, dancing. Have to have ticket to get in. See our flyer in our main page.

Kid Tellers. The Four Corners Storytelling Festival 2018

October 20-21, 2018 was the Four Corners Storytelling Festival and as part of the festival, the library sponsors local kids that want to try their hand at storytelling. Our kid tellers work on their skills during the summer months to make their stories stage worthy for the festival!

We’ll have three of our star tellers at Farmington Rotary Club’s Thursday meeting. Triple the fun, because they are triplets!

The Great American Read/Vote

Linda Woodward Rotary District 5520 Governor

The Farmington NM Rotary Club had an honor to have Linda Woodward Rotary District 5520 Governor as our guest today. Her speech was filled with passion about the Rotary and it's purpose, projects, and about all Rotarians. Linda touched our hearts and souls and reminded us once again why we are the Rotarians. Our purpose is to serve the cause greater than ourselves.

Student and family awareness as to the importance of garden space.

Thank you Ms. Katrina Bryant (AmeriCorp VISTA) for presenting the importance of backyard gardening in our community to the Farmington NM Rotary Club today. Kristina will work in partnership with Farmington School District to promote student and family awareness as to the importance of garden space.
